Convenience and its Consequences
I completely agree... one of the lessons I have been learning these days! And it has been making me truly thankful to those that are helping life to be easier for us!
ReplyDeleteyes, our convenience is bound to cost someone somewhere in some way. that's what I remember thinking when I saw a bank advertising that they offer a 24-hour phone line where you get to speak to real human beings, not just recorded messages, and I thought: I can see you thought this was a selling point, but to me you have just dis-sold it. I absolutely do not want you to get a whole load of people to work those sort of hours just so that I could talk to someone about my banking at 3am.
